DragLab is an ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 certified company. CE marked to confirms the conformity of our laboratory equipment with the EU directives to be applied to all products. The EU directives used for the assessment procedure are laid down in the EC declaration of conformity for each device. Basic safety and protection requirements are defined in the EU guidelines. Presented rules require that products meet electrical safety requirements set for laboratory equipment and pass strict electromagnetic emissions testing and electromagnetic immunity testing.

Warranty & after sales

Our dedicated Quality Assurance experts inspect every unit before shipment. Records are kept on every serial number for documentation. DragLab offers standard warranty of up to 24 months for all models. and 10 years of availability of spare parts. The warranty applies from the date of original invoice. we always keep common spare parts in stock. All DragLab drying ovens & incubators feature an electronic temperature monitoring system, a mechanical temperature limiter according to DIN 12880.
